IT-Boss (Information-Technology Back Office Support Services) was founded in 1991 as an administrative and personal assistant firm. By 2000, IT-Boss expanded into another division specifically court research services. Now, IT-Boss Research has expanded yet again, specializing in marketing, recruiting and evaluating applicants for nationwide clientele in need of court research services. The Placement division consists of a small team of retired recruiters working from home and is based on the premise that strong relationship building is the key to any great partnership.
Olivia Martin is the Senior Recruiter and has more than 20 years of human resources and business management experience. A frequent speaker on career development and planning, she is instrumental in identifying and targeting growth potential in assignments for our clients. A mother of four and a grandmother of three, Olivia understand the scheduling demands of being a mother, a grandmother and a wife. Alexis Johansen is a former court researcher with 8 years of paralegal experience. We fondly call her our Rock! She focuses on simplicity, efficiency and excels in the ability to assess business’s service needs, locate quality candidates that suit those needs and manages a proven path of matching the two together. She has an excellent track record at IT-Boss Research with a gift for matching just the right applicants with our clients for successful, long-term relationships. A mother of twins and choral director at her church, Angelique still manages time to help applicants find work that’s easy, routine-oriented and allows flexible scheduling.
Loretta Kennedy is an experienced contract auditor with over 15 years of account management and applicant placement experience, as well as our own in-house Microsoft Office guru. Loretta is a single mother of one and foster mother of three. She home schools and still finds time to market new clients for us.
